On 25th of October, 2013 at Hyatt Regency, Kiev, held an exclusive event - CIS bankers T10 Banking Forum, which was attended by more than 150 top managers of the banking sector from Ukraine, Russia and other CIS countries. The forum organizers - CIS bankers - have proposed a new format T10 (Ten 10), assuming ten 10-minute presentations of different companies suppliers of IT solutions on the most demanding for banking community topics. As well as two expert panels with top managers of leading banks took place, in which forum delegates had the opportunity to share their experience, opinions and ideas.

Our Company representatives participated in this event, making a presentation on "Managing business strategies of customer relationships", outlining the current state and the level of customer relationships in banks. As well as, basing on our IT-solution, the opportunities to improve the effectiveness of these relationships, through managing business strategies in bank's front office, have been disclosed.

Our solution enables any bank's department to configure its individual group of business-rules, shaping its customer relationships strategy. This allows to switch the customer relationships management from solving separate tasks to the level of formulating the business-strategy for customer servicing in bank's front-office.  Adjusted strategies can significantly improve the quality of customer service, wherein the best customers get the best conditions, and the worst - more stringent, which in turn could balance and reduce the bank's risk while increasing profitability.
