From June, 17 to June, 22, 2013 in the Crimea (Alushta, Radisson Hotel) was held the 20th anniversary International Banking Conference "Banking Systems and Information Technologies Security".

At the conference the representatives of our Company have made the presentations, demonstrating the innovative front-end solutions, developed by our Company, which facilitate the development of retail banking: "Retail Banking. Quality of customer service as key factor for competitive struggle for the client" and "Credit Factory of the bank, as a technological platform for the development of retail lending business". We have also presented the practical experience of breakthrough development on the retail lending market, based on the example of Unibank, Baku.

The topics discussed within the presentations have aroused the vivid interest and active discussion of such issues as: quality customer service in a "single window" mode, customer segmentation in order to execute the cross-selling and targeted marketing campaigns, managing the customer relationships business strategies, credit conveyor configuration aiming at quick launch, sale and processing of new credit products. The open format of discussions and the professionalism of the participants enabled to competently discuss the development trends of banking systems and technologies.
