On May, 24 at JAZZ Hotel conference-hall FBS Group and Intellect Design Arena have held the event — Intellect Information Day, dedicated to presentation and demonstration of Intellect's pioneer IT-solutions, which comprehensively automate business-processes in retail and corporate banking.

The special focus was given to innovative solutions – Omnichannel and Digital Branch, fully automating the customer servicing through «digital» channels: mobile banking, tablet banking and internet banking. Implementation of these advanced solutions enables the Bank: 1) to reduce operational costs by shift from branch transactions to online transactions, 2) to increase the number of customers served by each branch, due to attracting and servicing more clients via «digital» channels, 3) to improve the quality of service and respectively the customer's loyalty.

Besides, to the audience's attention was presented the vision of different ways of increasing the effectiveness of IT projects, thus ensuring bank's sustainable IT-development and business growth. The attention was emphasized on Strategic Partnership as the most advanced and effective form of interaction between bank and technological partner.
